- For transactions processed through Stripe, refunds will be processed through the Stripe dashboard

6.3 Failed/Duplicate Transactions
- If you were charged for a failed transaction or charged multiple times for the same order, contact us immediately

- Temporary authorizations (holds) that appear on your statement may take 3-5 business days to be released by your bank
